By having the ASME “U” and “S” stamps, and the National Board “R” stamp, we are able to cover the manufacturing and repair of a range of products within the quality standards required by these organizations, such as:

• Pressure Vessels
• Steam Boilers
• Heat exchangers

• Spool Manufacturing
• Storage tanks

We have a CNC Plasma Sheet Cutter which is capable of cutting up to thicknesses of 50mm and sheets of up to 2200x8000mm, also capable of performing oxyfuel cutting with which it is possible:

• Cutting sheets in any geometry required by the client
• Making serial cuts, thus guaranteeing the greatest use of the material

The CNC vertical lathe can machine parts up to 4m in diameter and also:

• Machining Tube Sheets, Support Plates and Baffles for Heat Exchangers
• Manufacture large size flanges
• Grinding and manufacturing of large flanges

Manufacture and grinding of knee braces

Additionally, with a plasma tube cutter, which is capable of cutting tubes up to 12m long, with diameters from 2-24” and up to 1.5” thick, with which it is possible:

• Make pipe cuts with high precision, guaranteeing maximum use of material
• Perform internal and external beveling
• Drill holes
• Make “Toad's Mouth” type of cut

Because we have a large amount of equipment, machinery and specialized personnel, it allows us to manufacture and assemble a wide range of components; specializing in pressure vessels and heat exchangers.

We have a drill bench capable of drilling up to 3/4” and a set of tools with which it is possible:

• Perform any type of blind and through drilling
• Remove broken screws
• Make and grind hole threads

Our Krais brand electronic gun Tube Expander with articulated arm, capable of making and storing measurements of each expansion for later reports and a facing tool; of the same brand, Prepmill model to work with pipes up to 14” in diameter, for:

• Boiler tube expansion
• Expanded tubes in Heat Exchangers
• Pipe Facing
• Reduce excess pipe length in Heat Exchangers
